From Day to Day

A long day today.  I am at a place right now where I want to move forward in my life to bigger and better things.  Not just for myself but for my family.  I need a challenge and feel like I need a big change.

I am a mom of 2 great children.  Anthony who is 7 and will be starting second grade next Tuesday and Madison who is 3.  I am a wife.  Well sort of!  Justin and I have been together since I was 17 and Justin was 18 in 2002!  Not married yet but it is because we both have a dream of getting married over seas with our children.  And having said that having 2 children cause your priorities to change!

Justin and I started our family young.  I had Anthony when I was 18 and Madison when I was 22.  I never thought I would have kids at an early age but I just take it as everything happens for a reason.  As any young mother I had goals to go to college after high school and become a nurse.  Live my young adult life preparing for my future and having fun with my friends in the mean time!    Now my goals comprise of teaching Madison her ABC’s and teaching Anthony how to write out stories.

I decided to start a blog to share our day to day accomplishments and struggles of being a young family.  I hope to meet other moms who are in the same boat as me and we are able share our stories with each other.  Whether its advice, complaints, accomplishments, questions, nothing is off limits.  Let the fun begin!
